Security Account Manager - Biotech Company

About the role

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Account Manager for a biotechnology client in Boston, Massachusetts. As account manager, you drive daily security operations, guide and develop a team of security officers and supervisors, and act as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule security officers using AI-powered tools, meeting client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
• Hire, coach and manage security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance and employee relations
• Act as the primary client contact and respond to escalated incidents and emergencies
• Oversee training, safety and site operational standards, and manage inventory of uniforms and equipment

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing may be required depending on state and local law
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or personal vehicle while on business
• At least two years of experience in business operations, security management or team supervision
• Experience building client relationships and leading a team
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments and law enforcement coordination
• Preferred: college degree in business administration or a law enforcement field, ASIS CPP certification, payroll/billing/scheduling experience, CCTV and access control aptitude, or a public safety academy graduate

What we offer

• Salary of $100,000 - $123,000 per year
