About the role
The Upland Unified School District is seeking a qualified Secondary Teacher specialized in Mild to Moderate Support Needs to join the team at Upland High School. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality instruction to secondary students requiring special education services.
Key responsibilities
- Teach secondary students with mild to moderate special education needs at Upland High School.
- Develop and deliver lesson plans aligned with state standards and individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, support staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
