About the role

Join Reiss’s concession inside Macy’s at Dadeland Mall on a permanent part‑time basis, delivering premium customer service and supporting store goals.

Key responsibilities

Provide a tailored, high‑quality customer experience.
Maintain deep product knowledge and communicate effectively with shoppers and team members.
Uphold visual standards and act as a Reiss brand ambassador.
Support management in achieving sales and operational targets.

Required profile

Passion for premium or luxury products.
Previous experience in a customer‑facing environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced retail setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Team‑player mindset with a customer‑first perspective.
