Seasonal Maintenance Technician (June‑Aug 2026)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Technician for its Academy property in Spokane. This temporary position runs from early June through late August 2026 and focuses on keeping the building, grounds, and resident spaces in top condition.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident service requests, including appliance repairs.
• Perform “make‑ready” tasks to prepare apartments for new move‑ins.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor coordination and other assigned duties.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.

Required profile

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
• Background in painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
