About the role
Greystar is seeking a seasonal Community Manager to support the lease‑up phase of Everleigh Palm Desert, an Active Adult community for residents 55+. This temporary, full‑time position offers the chance to work with a global leader in property management and contribute to a vibrant, inclusive living environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Active Adult community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences.
- Oversee onsite team members, coordinating schedules, training, and performance.
- Manage lease‑up activities, including resident onboarding and move‑in processes.
- Maintain strong financial performance by monitoring budgets, expenses, and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that supports the lifestyle needs of active adults.
Required profile
- Experience in community or property management, preferably within active‑adult or senior‑living environments.
- Ability to lead and motivate onsite staff.
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate resources and activities.
