Seasonal Ambassador - Stanford

About the role

Everlane is looking for a Seasonal Ambassador for its Stanford location to bring the brand to life for customers during the Holiday Season. The role is customer-focused and fast-paced, with the goal of being the face of the brand and championing its mission and values. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centric experience, using curiosity to understand customers and solve their needs
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges
• Keep the store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation
• Process, organize and prepare inventory, and restock the sales floor throughout the day
• Show up on time, stay flexible across shifts and zones, and communicate well with the team

Required profile

• Retail, sales or service industry experience
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and comfort receiving feedback
• Availability of at least 16 hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; Black Friday, December 24th, December 26th and peak weekend days are required
• Able to lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds, and to stand and move around the store
