Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO Specialist to join a global team that optimizes career and hiring websites for a leading technology organization. This 1‑year onsite contract in Seattle will focus on technical SEO, AI‑enhanced search, and multilingual content performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for global career sites across multiple regions and languages.
• Build and maintain technical SEO roadmaps in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead AI‑driven search optimization initiatives and testing frameworks.
• Oversee onsite technical SEO implementation, site migrations, CMS transitions, and domain consolidations.
• Implement ethical white‑hat link‑building strategies.
• Lead content strategy, keyword research, and multilingual content optimization.
• Manage reporting and analytics using Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and other Google Marketing Platform tools.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve rankings and user engagement.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of SEO experience, including technical and on‑page optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Adobe Analytics, and Google Marketing Platform.
• Familiarity with AI‑based search optimization and testing methodologies.
