Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & AI Discoverability Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an SEO & AI Discoverability Specialist to boost the visibility of our ecommerce catalog across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑driven search experiences. The role blends technical SEO expertise with a curiosity about how AI is reshaping digital discovery, and works closely with product, content, UX, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support technical SEO initiatives across multiple ecommerce storefronts.
• Optimize product and category pages for organic search and AI‑powered discovery.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to implement SEO‑friendly page structures, metadata, and content organization.
• Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup.
• Monitor site health, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct SEO audits and recommend improvements.
• Track performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, impressions, and engagement.
• Research AI search trends and share actionable insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SEO or technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of on‑page optimization, site architecture, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Interest in AI’s impact on search and ecommerce discoverability.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with developers, designers, and content creators.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
