Scientific Change Management Consultant

About the role

The Scientific Change Management Consultant joins Zifo North America’s consulting team to lead change initiatives for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and agritech clients. The role blends change‑management expertise with scientific knowledge and data‑informatics skills to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute change‑management strategies, acting as the primary contact for client transformation needs.
• Develop and maintain change‑management toolkits, up‑skill project teams, and foster relationships with industry change leaders.
• Lead consulting engagements, delivering business‑analysis artefacts such as URS, functional specifications, data maps, gap analyses, and implementation roadmaps.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and shape IT/informatics roadmaps for pharma/biotech/agritech clients.
• Manage large‑scale projects, including estimation, scheduling, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate status, and escalate risks as needed.
• Mentor associates, supporting their professional development and project performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading medium‑to‑high complexity change‑management or consulting engagements.
• Strong background in scientific domains (pharma, biotech, agritech) and familiarity with informatics or data‑driven projects.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management, communication, and collaborative skills.
