About the role

Join Milan Laser Hair Removal’s corporate team in Omaha as a Scheduling Supervisor. You will coordinate travel assignments for Medical Providers and Clinic Managers across the nation, ensuring schedules align with business needs, geography, and licensing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and distribute accurate traveler schedules for medical and clinic staff.
• Monitor daily schedules and make real‑time adjustments for cancellations, changes, or emergencies.
• Onboard and train new scheduling team members, providing ongoing feedback.
• Process PTO, sick leave, floating holidays, and other time‑off requests per company policy.
• Communicate schedule updates and assignment details to traveling employees.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to fulfill staffing requests efficiently.
• Escalate complex scheduling or operational issues to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations; maintain accurate records for reporting and audits.
• Identify and support process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate challenging conversations.
