SAP Technology and D&A Manager

About the role

As a SAP Technology and D&A Manager within PwC’s Business Application Consulting practice, you will lead the delivery of SAP solutions that improve operational efficiency for our clients. You will combine technical expertise with leadership to guide teams, mentor staff, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration and administration of SAP software solutions for client projects.
• Analyze client requirements and design SAP architectures that align with business objectives.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and ongoing support of SAP products, including SAP HANA.
• Guide project teams in strategic planning, execution and delivery of SAP‑related initiatives.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to enable client users to effectively use SAP applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members, leveraging their strengths to build SAP expertise.
• Manage conflicts and escalations, ensuring adherence to professional and technical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP technologies and project delivery.
• Preferred advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering).
