San Diego Hiring Event – Multiple Property Management Roles

About the role

Greystar is hosting a walk‑in hiring event at Palisade at Westfield UTC in San Diego. Candidates are invited to bring their resumes for on‑the‑spot interviews for Community Managers, Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Professionals, Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, including prospect qualification, tours, applications, credit checks and lease signing.
• Inspect and prepare apartments for move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, manage online listings, and run referral or employer outreach programs.
• Use property management software (e.g., OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, resident data and leasing activity.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, handling issues or forwarding requests to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses or certifications required for the specific role.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, and occasional travel to other properties.
