Sales Territory Manager – San Francisco Bay Area

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Sales Territory Manager to grow the DJO Chattanooga & LightForce product lines across the San Francisco Bay Area. You will combine field promotion, relationship building, and technical education to expand market share and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales revenue goals for the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on the clinical and technical aspects of LightForce Laser and Chattanooga Shockwave systems.
• Prepare price quotations, negotiate terms within authority, and process orders.
• Coordinate technical engineering services to create customized solutions.
• Support equipment delivery, set‑up, and follow‑up service as needed.
• Organize local educational and sales events and represent Enovis at national, regional, and local trade shows.
• Develop and execute a business plan that exceeds financial, market, and product portfolio targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contacts, opportunities, and outcomes in Salesforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience in territory sales, preferably within medical devices or orthopedics.
• Strong understanding of clinical science related to DJO platforms.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.
