About the role

Join Beyond Yoga as a Sales Stylist in Greenwich, representing a premium active‑lifestyle brand. You will create an authentic, service‑focused environment that connects customers with the brand’s body‑positive values and high‑quality apparel.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the brand story to customers.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and housekeeping procedures.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies and support Shopify platform initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team and corporate partners to engage the local community through events.

Required profile

• Passion for the Beyond Yoga brand and active‑lifestyle apparel.
• Self‑starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Proven retail leadership experience, including supervising, coaching, and training staff.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the Shopify platform (preferred).
