Customer Success Associate

About the role

Thrive Global is looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Success Associate to join its growing Customer Success team. This remote position supports customers, coordinates virtual events, and helps customize the platform while analyzing engagement data.

Key responsibilities

• Support Customer Success Managers and customers with engagement activities and platform customizations.
• Coordinate webinars and virtual events, handling technical checks, live chat, surveys and logistics.
• Analyze registration, attendance and product adoption metrics to capture feedback and insights.
• Collaborate with Design, Content and Localization teams to manage project briefs and deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple events across time zones and managing deadlines.
