Sales Stylist – Barstow, CA

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist to join its Barstow, CA store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create a memorable shopping experience by blending fashion expertise with exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting apparel that reflects current trends and Levi’s promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, execute floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Maintain store standards, merchandising guidelines, and compliance with all Levi’s policies.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and awareness of current style trends.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise processing, floor set, and inventory replenishment.
