Sales Specialist – Inbound Sales

About the role

WindshieldHUB is seeking an experienced inbound sales professional to join its office team. You will handle incoming customer calls, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed jobs. The role focuses on high‑volume, high‑conversion interactions with customers already interested in auto‑glass services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers actively seeking auto‑glass services.
• Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs through strong sales execution.
• Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and confidence.
• Handle objections related to price, timing, and service details.
• Clearly explain services, availability, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate notes and customer updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow company standards, sales processes, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in phone or inbound sales.
• Proven ability to close sales and handle live customer objections.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
