About the role

Premier Roofing is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our field team in Colorado Springs. You will meet homeowners, assess roof damage, and guide them through insurance claims to secure roofing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect in the field by visiting homes, inspecting roofs, and presenting solutions.
• Complete the company’s training program and begin generating revenue quickly.
• Explain insurance options and maximize claim payouts for customers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inspection to final payment.
• Achieve sales targets and pursue advancement into leadership roles.

Required profile

• Competitive, self‑driven individuals who want to control their earnings.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in closing deals.
• Independent work ethic without constant supervision.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Preferably 2+ years of sales experience, though hustle can compensate.
