Sales Representative – 1099 (Storm Restoration)

About the role

Premier Roofing is a national storm‑restoration company that helps homeowners navigate insurance claims and restore damaged roofs, siding, and gutters. As a 1099 Sales Representative you will work directly in storm‑affected neighborhoods, meeting homeowners, assessing damage, and guiding them through the restoration process.

Key responsibilities

• Canvass storm‑impacted areas to identify property damage and introduce Premier Roofing services.
• Meet with homeowners, conduct on‑site inspections, and build trust to secure follow‑up conversations.
• Educate homeowners on repair options and assist them throughout the insurance claim process.
• Schedule inspections, coordinate with the production team, and follow projects through to completion.
• Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing skill‑development programs.

Required profile

• Coachable and eager to learn the roofing and insurance market.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative, relationship‑driven approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends during peak storm season.
