Sales Representative - Roofing, Siding and Gutter

About the role

Aspen Contracting, Inc., a roofing, siding and gutter contractor serving residential, commercial and new construction projects across 48 states, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative in Bridgeton, MO. The representative promotes and sells the company's roofing, siding and gutter services to prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and conduct inspections
• Present product and service solutions to prospects
• Negotiate contracts
• Build and maintain customer relationships and ensure a smooth experience through the sales and service process
• Meet sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction high

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, construction or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Required skills

• Sales and customer relations skills, including lead generation, client presentations and relationship building
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to explain products and close sales
• Ability to perform roofing, siding or gutter inspections and give accurate assessments
• Organization and time management for scheduling, follow-ups and project oversight
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated, results-driven approach
