Sales Representative – Legal Services

About the role

Oguz Law is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join its remote team. The role focuses on qualifying inbound leads, conducting consultations, and converting prospects into retained clients for the firm’s immigration and other legal services. Fluency in Turkish and English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up with inbound leads, conducting consultations to explain immigration and related legal services.
• Convert qualified leads into retained clients, handling objections and answering client questions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, ensure timely follow‑up, and meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with attorneys and the legal team during client onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English and Turkish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Interest in sales, business development, and legal services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms for data entry and tracking.
