About the role

We are looking for motivated, people‑focused individuals to join our Inside Sales team as Inbound Sales Representatives. The role is remote, serving customers in Minnesota or Louisiana, handling inbound calls and warm leads to match insurance needs.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to warm leads from potential and existing policyholders.
• Consult customers on their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages, products, and benefits.
• Convert qualified leads into policyholders while maintaining high service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset with integrity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Residency in Minnesota or Louisiana.

Required skills

• Effective phone sales and consultative selling techniques.
