Sales Representative – Chains (El Dorado County)

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage chain accounts in El Dorado County. The role focuses on promoting our beer, wine and spirits brands, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and follow an efficient daily routing pattern to visit chain accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities on each visit, complete required surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
• Deliver professional sales presentations, introduce new products, and manage back‑bar and well placements.
• Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where permitted, and conduct brand education seminars for staff.
• Process credits, returns and aged receivables, and collect payments where legally allowed.
• Achieve sales and merchandising targets by analysing pricing, purchase history and inventory levels.
• Ensure maximum brand visibility using point‑of‑sale materials and support new account openings.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager and suppliers on promotions and events.

Required profile

• Current associate of the company, eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to analyse account data, plan routes and manage multiple priorities.
