About the role

My Healthy Penguin is a fast‑growing fresh‑food and meal‑prep company serving businesses across Southern California. We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to expand our client base, develop new partnership opportunities, and nurture existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities through calls, email, networking, referrals, social media, and in‑person outreach.
• Present our food, catering, and workplace service options to prospective clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, tastings, site visits, and marketing events.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up regularly with accounts and identify opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
• Support marketing initiatives, community outreach, and brand‑awareness activities.
• Generate ideas for sales promotions, events, and overall business growth.
• Keep organized records of follow‑ups, account information, and sales activity.

Required profile

• Confident, personable, organized and driven with a strong sales and customer‑service mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking with decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and works well independently.
• Creative thinker willing to bring new ideas to the team.
• Able to manage multiple prospects and partnerships simultaneously.
• Enjoys networking, building long‑term relationships and is motivated by performance‑based earnings.

Required skills

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $23 plus uncapped commission.
• Potential earnings of $65,000–$100,000+ based on performance.
