Sales Manager – Wholesale & TV Shopping (Remote)

About the role

Pattern Brands is seeking a self‑driven Sales Manager to own the wholesale and mass‑market sales function for its premium home brands. This is a one‑person sales team operating fully remotely in the United States, responsible for building and managing key retail, TV shopping, and trade‑show relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute TV shopping partnerships, primarily with Good Morning America, from pitch to post‑show reporting.
• Manage all Faire accounts, ensuring smooth order execution and strong relationships.
• Lead sales‑rep relationships for mass‑market opportunities, including communication, account development, and performance tracking.
• Own the IHA trade show in Chicago each March, handling pre‑show planning, on‑site setup, staffing, and post‑show follow‑up.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new wholesale accounts across multiple channels.
• Negotiate terms with accounts and rep groups, and analyze weekly performance.
• Create line sheets and sales materials in coordination with Merchandising and Operations.
• Travel as needed, including annual attendance at the IHA trade show.

Required profile

• 4+ years of wholesale or mass‑market sales experience, preferably in consumer goods or home categories.
• Comfortable working independently as a one‑person team.
• Hands‑on attitude with equal strength in strategy and execution.
• Strong understanding of retail math, account management, and basic supply‑chain concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
