Sales Manager – Retail & Lease‑to‑Own

About the role

Join Aaron’s, a leader in the sales and lease‑to‑own retail sector, as a Sales Manager. You will be a key part of the customer experience in our stores, driving sales, building relationships, and ensuring our showroom floors are well maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, close agreements, and process renewal payments.
• Handle merchandise and maintain showroom presentation.
• Build and sustain long‑lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and implement marketing strategies to drive new business.
• Assist the General Manager with operational functions and cover deliveries when needed.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Aptitude for marketing and a desire to make a difference for customers.
• Age 21 + (18 + in Canada), HS diploma preferred; two years of college or prior management experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license meeting DOT certification (U.S.).
• Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am and 9 pm.
• Physical capability to lift 50 lb unassisted and up to 300 lb with a dolly.
