Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for the Hilton Garden Inn by managing key accounts, securing new business, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position reports to hotel management and works closely with multiple departments to deliver the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support sales associates in line with brand standards and HHM core values.
• Maximize revenue by selling all hotel facets to existing, past, and prospective clients using professional sales techniques.
• Negotiate terms and conditions that satisfy both internal and external customer requirements.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts to increase satisfaction and revenue.
• Develop and deliver persuasive verbal sales presentations and represent the hotel at trade shows.
• Travel locally for client visits, market competition analysis, and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including occasional holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 lb, and perform moderate travel between hotel and client locations.
