Sales Management Trainee

About the role
Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program as a Sales Management Trainee. You will begin learning the business from day one at one of our neighborhood branches, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, and operations while being mentored by experienced managers.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering back‑office operations.
- Develop sales and marketing techniques to grow new business.
- Learn financial and inventory management to eventually run your own branch.
- Build relationships within the local community to support business growth.
- Participate in structured training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
