Sales Enablement Manager
Crystalia Glass LLC
Job description
About the role
Crystalia Glass, a U.S.-based manufacturer of premium glass solutions, is strengthening its commercial function and is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager. This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on the quality of sales execution across the full funnel, from first contact to closing and order handover. It is remote, full-time (8:30 am - 5 pm, EST) and open to B2B contractors (sole proprietorship or corporate entity).
Key responsibilities
- Analyze performance: review won, lost and stalled deals, match calls and messages against CRM history and use AI to flag missed questions, weak arguments, unhandled objections and missing next steps.
- Diagnose root causes of performance gaps (skills, knowledge, process or tools) and recommend fixes.
- Run one-to-one and team call and deal reviews, role-plays (including AI-simulated buyers), live call observation and product knowledge checks, and build individual development plans.
- Coach sales reps and team leads, and track whether new behaviors and AI workflows improve conversion and deal outcomes.
- Audit and write sales standards (scripts, objection guides, follow-up rules, CRM stage rules, SLAs) and pilot and roll them out with feedback from reps and team leads.
- Monitor adherence to standards in the CRM (overdue tasks, missing next steps, unconfirmed stage moves, missing loss reasons).
- Build reusable AI workflows for call and meeting prep, summaries, follow-ups and proposal checks, train teams to use them, and use AI agents and bots with clear instructions and templates.
- Maintain the team skills map, call and deal scorecard, prioritized list of loss reasons and a library of examples and exercises.
Required profile
- Experience in sales enablement, sales coaching or sales development in a comparable market, with personal responsibility for spotting performance gaps.
- Experience with a complex physical product and a long sales cycle, ideally architectural glass, interior systems or a related field.
- Deep understanding of the full B2B/B2C sales cycle, including negotiation, closing and repeat sales, and of both phone and showroom sales.
- Experience writing sales standards and driving their adoption without direct authority over the sales team.
- Fluent English (C1/C2).
Required skills
- Strong call and deal review skills and experience coaching team leads.
- Confident CRM use at the level of funnel, stages, tasks, ownership, SLAs and data quality, and ability to write change requirements.
- Proven, hands-on use of AI in sales, with at least one implemented workflow.
- Strong analytical skills: measuring tool impact with before/after comparisons and comparing conversion rates on a like-for-like basis.
What we offer
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.
- Full ownership of the sales enablement function in a fast-growing U.S. company.
- Direct influence on how the sales team sells, with results visible in conversion and deal outcomes.
- Hands-on work with AI in real sales processes.
- A highly professional and dynamic team and work with prestigious U.S. clients.
