Sales Director

About the role

Cocina Restaurant Supply (CRS) is a fast‑growing supplier of commercial kitchen equipment and food‑service solutions in the United States. We are seeking a Sales Director who can lead, coach, and expand a high‑performance sales organization while driving revenue across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train the sales team through weekly meetings and performance reviews.
• Improve closing rates, create a culture of accountability and guide reps through complex opportunities.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives, identify new markets and build relationships with restaurant owners, contractors, franchise groups and multi‑location operators.
• Manage key accounts, support large projects and negotiations, and represent CRS at industry events.
• Recruit, onboard and develop new sales talent, creating scalable playbooks for national expansion.
• Partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy and collaborate with sales operations and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team.
• Strong coaching, leadership and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to recruit, develop and retain sales talent.
