Sales Development Representative – US Construction Tech

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client’s US team. The SDR will focus on outbound cold‑calling, opening new accounts and booking qualified meetings within the construction technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new pipeline.
• Identify and qualify prospects in the construction, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Book qualified meetings for senior commercial leaders.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and track outreach activity.
• Participate in call reviews and contribute to commercial strategy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of SDR experience.
• Based on the East Coast or Central US (preferred locations: Florida, Georgia, Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas).
• Full US work authorization.
• Experience in construction tech, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled tools beyond basic ChatGPT is a plus.

Required skills

What we offer

• $50,000 base salary.
• Approximately $20,000 bonus potential.
• $20,000 equity spread over four years.
• Exposure to the full sales process and clear progression paths to Account Executive, SDR Team Lead or Customer Success.
