Senior Agency Development Representative – Eastern Alliance

About the role

ProAssurance is seeking a Senior Agency Development Representative to support its Workers' Compensation line, Eastern Alliance. This remote position is based in Georgia or South Carolina (with flexibility for Charlotte, NC) and works closely with regional service teams to grow and manage the agency distribution network.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Vice President, Marketing Directors, and Underwriting leaders to develop and execute agency management strategies.
• Provide field marketing support to regional service teams, monitoring agency performance and recommending corrective actions.
• Identify and evaluate potential agency partners in line with the regional strategic plan.
• Analyze monthly data reports to spot trends, share insights, and drive profitable results.
• Deliver high‑level service to agency partners to achieve annual business goals across all product segments.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with regional sales, underwriting, and marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel within Georgia, South Carolina, and nearby North Carolina locations as needed.
• Strong analytical mindset and relationship‑building capabilities.
