Sales Development Representative

About the role

LANDED is a fast‑growing Y Combinator‑backed startup that helps restaurants hire hourly and management staff through intelligent matching and automation. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact with new accounts, generating and qualifying leads that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inbound and outbound prospecting to create qualified sales opportunities.
• Research target markets, identify potential customers, and map decision‑makers.
• Craft and execute email sequences, cold‑calls, and outreach campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine the sales playbook and tech stack.
• Hand off qualified leads to Account Executives and track progress through the funnel.

Required profile

• Smart, hard‑working, and self‑motivated.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong growth orientation.
• Excellent written communication; able to create compelling email copy.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships across internal and external teams.
• Experience in HR, hospitality, or restaurant sectors is a plus.
• Background in fast‑growing startups or remote, distributed teams is valued.
