Sales Development Representative II (Tax Debt Collection)

About the role

The SDR II plays a key role in pipeline generation and revenue by calling provided leads, qualifying them and closing deals. The role reports to the Head of Sales Development II and focuses on qualifying prospects who have IRS tax debt and are interested in professional help.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and qualify leads, ensuring they have $10k+ in IRS tax debt and/or 4 or more unfiled tax years, and confirm interest in professional help.
• Filter out prospects seeking help for property taxes, child support or student loans.
• Submit payments and documents correctly to complete deals.
• Achieve Monday-Thursday activity of 400 outbound dials or 3.5 hours of talk time, and Friday activity of 200 dials or 2.5 hours.
• Check emails, call back and reply to missed calls and texts, and acknowledge internal chat updates promptly.
• Update daily Velocify reports, add accurate notes and dispositions to leads, and keep the priority view up to date.
• Maintain accurate entries in ITR Hub.

• Commitment to continuous learning and dedication to mastering sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and other digital tools.
• Use of Velocify and ITR Hub.
