Sales Development Representative – Chicago (Onsite)

About the role

Reconstruct is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help grow adoption of its Visual Command Center and Automated Inspector platforms. You will work onsite in the Chicago office five days a week, engaging with owners and decision‑makers of large capital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential sales accounts and identify key contacts.
• Create and execute outbound email, phone, and LinkedIn campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct high‑level conversations with decision‑makers to articulate Reconstruct’s value proposition.
• Maintain and manage a pipeline of leads in HubSpot with accurate data.
• Consistently achieve and exceed qualified sales opportunity targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B software sales development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and high energy.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and process‑driven.
• Four‑year university/college degree or equivalent experience.
