Sales Consultant – Azalea Lake Mary

About the role

The Sales Consultant will drive leasing, marketing and renewal activities for a lease‑up property, ensuring occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residents and will support them throughout the leasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Design and execute marketing events, resident referral programs, and employer outreach to generate traffic.
• Utilize the on‑site property management software and CRM to track availability, capture prospect data, and analyze leasing metrics.
• Maintain show‑ready units, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure the leasing office is prepared for daily activities.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early, and following the Active Adult renewal playbook.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, leasing, marketing or customer service within a residential setting.
• Strong communication skills, ability to read and complete legal documents, and basic mathematical ability for sales conversions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software and CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (word processing, spreadsheets) and database management.
• Effective use of internet tools for marketing, advertising and sales activities.
