Join KONE’s Little Rock team as a Sales Consultant – Account Management, responsible for managing a local portfolio of customers and driving growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Identify and propose complex technology solutions using KONE’s industry‑leading support system to ensure sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of relevant sales experience or 4 + years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to learn and use CRM tools and solution‑selling methodologies such as Sandler.

Required skills

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of solution‑selling methodologies (e.g., Sandler).
