Sales Associate – Retail Stylist

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Stylist) to join its Raleigh store. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by combining fashion expertise with the brand’s heritage, while supporting sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit combinations and promote current trends and promotions aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Engage customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel experiences.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, execute markdowns, and manage replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures, and visual standards.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a genuine interest in current trends.
• Customer‑focused, open‑minded, proactive, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
