Sales Closer – High‑Ticket Home Remodeling

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is a fast‑growing home‑improvement company seeking driven, competitive individuals who want to build a six‑figure career with unlimited earning potential. As a full‑time W‑2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with pre‑qualified homeowners, deliver in‑home presentations, recommend solutions and close high‑ticket sales. This hybrid role is based in Raleigh, NC.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (30‑90 minute drive time).
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week); industry experience is a plus.
