Outside Sales Representative – High-Earning Home Remodeling

About the role

We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing home‑improvement company. Based in Raleigh, NC, this full‑time, W‑2 position follows a hybrid schedule and focuses on meeting pre‑qualified homeowners, delivering in‑home presentations, and closing high‑ticket remodeling projects.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily, conducting in‑home presentations.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales on high‑ticket remodeling solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow‑up and service.
• Participate in ongoing sales training to improve product knowledge and techniques.

Required profile

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for 30‑90 minute travel from home.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, competitive mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
• Availability to work weekends, up to six days per week.
• Industry experience in home improvement is a plus.
