About the role

Join the loudest store in the mall as a Sales Associate for Hot Topic. You’ll help fans discover and purchase music‑ and pop‑culture merchandise while delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide an amazing shopping experience, using product knowledge to engage customers and encourage repeat visits.
Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, stocking and replenishing merchandise and executing planogram changes.
Operate the register, process transactions, and promote add‑on sales such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
Communicate fashion and music trends to management and corporate partners.
Assist in keeping the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and prevent theft.

Required profile

Previous retail experience and a passion for music and pop culture.
Strong customer service and sales abilities.
At least 16 years of age.
Effective collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to handle merchandise up to 50 lb and operate store equipment.
