About the role

Join Levi’s® Retail at Disney Springs as a Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant, high‑traffic environment. You will represent an iconic brand, help shoppers find the perfect fit, and contribute to the store’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Levi Strauss & Company’s heritage and product line.
• Provide outstanding service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, Close.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Handle cash and follow store cash‑handling procedures.
• Support stock associates with replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Uphold store safety, security, and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
