Sales Associate – Men’s Fashion (Chevy Chase)

About the role

As a Sales Associate for Boggi Milano inside Bloomingdale's, you will represent sophisticated Italian menswear while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers in the Chevy Chase store. You will guide clients through their style journey, provide personalized service, and work toward achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, offering expert advice on Boggi Milano collections.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product lines to inspire and inform clients.
• Ensure the sales floor reflects the brand’s aesthetic with proper product presentation.
• Process transactions accurately, manage inventory, and keep the workspace tidy.
• Build long‑term relationships with customers to strengthen brand prestige.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year retail sales experience, preferably in premium men’s fashion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
