Sales Account Manager - Off Premise Independent

About the role

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring a full-time Sales Account Manager for its off-premise independent territory covering Miami, Miramar and Hialeah. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building new business and keeping established distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes, meeting monthly business objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution.
• Carry out sales plans and promotions at retail on time, securing trade support through pricing and product promotion communication, display coordination, point-of-sale materials and promotional events.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimise out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation in selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximise shelf impact.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience, or high school diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience.
• At least 21 years of age or meets the minimum state legal age requirement.
• Reliable automobile transportation, acceptable driving record, valid driver's licence and auto insurance at least to the minimum required by the company and state law.
• Able to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs when handling keg product.
