Field Sales and Marketing Representative - Hialeah, FL

About the role

TTI (Techtronic Industries), a maker of power tools, outdoor equipment and floor care products, is hiring a Field Sales and Marketing Representative in Hialeah, Florida. The role works with The Home Depot, helping to grow market share and keep TTI's product lines prominent. It involves merchandising, sales analytics and customer engagement, with travel to and from store locations and occasional air travel.

Key responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by selling to consumers in The Home Depot and recommending tailored product solutions
• Plan and run promotional events, product demos and store walks
• Support corporate brand marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns
• Maintain brand presence through merchandising, product placement and store resets, using Microsoft Power BI data analytics
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and report on tasks promptly
• Build relationships with The Home Depot team members and participate in the company's training program

Required profile

• At least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Valid U.S. driver's license for at least one full year, a personal vehicle, and vehicle insurance naming you as primary driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work nights and weekends, and stand for full shifts
• Ability to pass drug screening and motor vehicle report screening
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual ability preferred in some markets; formal higher education preferred but not required

What we offer

• Non-exempt salary of $24.04-$25.96 per hour (target annual salary $50,000-$54,000)
