Sales Account Executive – ECG Solutions

About the role

Philips is seeking an Account Executive for its ECG Solutions business in Little Rock. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to growing existing client relationships, while aligning sales strategies with revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in cardiology, electrophysiology, and hospital settings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators.
• Drive territory revenue growth and increase market share by expanding existing accounts and securing new ones.
• Coordinate customer appointments, product demonstrations, and sales presentations for Philips ECG Solutions.
• Communicate Philips’ value proposition and competitive differentiation to win new business.

Required profile

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology, preferably cardiology.
• Consistently met or exceeded annual sales quotas of $1M+.
• Proven ability to develop customer relationships, identify opportunities, and grow territory revenue.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or 7+ years of equivalent sales experience.

• Total target earnings of $156,000–$188,000 annually plus company fleet/car.
