About the role

Kelly is seeking an RPO Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in Denver. This hybrid position focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, emphasizing candidate sourcing, screening, outreach, and offer extension in a high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume phone and video screening interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calling to build talent pipelines.
• Manage outbound outreach—including calls, texts, and emails—and follow up with prospective candidates.
• Guide candidates through the hiring lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Present and explain offers, address candidate questions, and support negotiations within guidelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
• Track and meet recruiting activity and hiring metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education not required.
• Proven ability to conduct effective candidate screens and interviews.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially over the phone.
• Comfort with high‑volume outreach and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to accurate documentation and compliance.
