RPA Developer (UiPath) – DOD Clearance Eligible

About the role

The RPA Developer will design, build, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath to improve client operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, either on‑site in San Diego or remotely, to deliver scalable robots that reduce manual effort.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end‑to‑end automation workflows with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Create reusable components, frameworks, and libraries for scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to capture processes and produce detailed design documentation.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization; monitor production bots and implement enhancements.
• Manage robot scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance in Orchestrator while adhering to governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience developing UiPath RPA solutions.
• Ability to obtain or already hold a DOD security clearance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework.
• Integration experience with APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Programming knowledge in C#, VB.NET or Python.
