About the role
We are looking for a hardworking, service‑oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Marriott Lakeway in Metairie. The ideal candidate works quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas, including vacuuming, dusting, stain removal, and changing bed linens and towels.
- Keep common areas tidy and well‑maintained.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues or damages to management.
- Stock linen closets and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of lifting at least 25 pounds.
- Strong time‑management and customer‑service skills.
