Room Attendant – Housekeeper

About the role

The Room Attendant – Housekeeper ensures guest rooms meet Hilton’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with guests and supporting the housekeeping team.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Change bed linens, replace towels and amenities, and process lost‑and‑found items according to policy.
• Report any needed repairs and follow safety procedures, including use of protective equipment and compliance with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Assist with lobby and house‑person duties during peak periods or when short‑staffed.

Required profile

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
• Knowledge of MSDS and OSHA safety standards.
